Tires Plus

I was very concerned because I had a leak in one my tires and it was 5:30 p.m., and many places were closing at 6pm, here though they are opened til 7pm. I called the place and got Juan and he greeted me very professionally and told me to stop in and he would look at my tire right away. He was very nice with a super good personality, which made my experience there very pleasant!

I had a great experience at Tires Plus thanks to Vlad. He changed my tires quickly and professionally, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Vlad was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. My vehicle feels great, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. If you’re visiting Tires Plus, I highly recommend asking for Vlad. Excellent service from start to finish!

The initial conversation I had with Vladamore (sp) was enough for me. He was very welcoming, as we spoke of theatre and our home towns, and not some stick in the mud who was only focused on 5p and going home. However, he did tell me he was going home at 2p. I chose this Tire's Plus store because of him. Alex (another c/s rep) took over from there as Vlad did leave at 2p. I came to the appointment and all was completed in the right amount of time. 4 new tires were waiting for my arrival. Great price and super service. They even hung my spare back under the truck bed.

First time coming here. Alex was great. Friendly, good communication, presented options that worked with my budget. He explained everything clearly. Very happy with my experience. I will definitely be returning for future car care.
